Shipping Policy

Product Processing Time

After you complete the payment, we will process your order as soon as possible. Generally speaking, we will process your order within 1-3 days after your payment.
1. Order Confirmation: After you complete the payment, we will send a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been successfully received.
2. Order Processing: Our team will start preparing your order. This includes picking items from inventory, doing quality checks and packing items.
3. Shipping Preparation: After processing, we will hand over your order to our logistics partner for shipment.

Please note that the processing time does not include the actual shipping time. The processing time may be extended due to large order volumes or special circumstances (such as holidays). If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Method
